After nearly two decades of designing for and testing with people, I’ve gained deep insights into human behaviour - what motivates them, what engages them, and what drives their decisions. By working with design teams, product managers, engineers, and business leaders, I’ve applied design thinking to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes for users and organisations alike.
